How do you check SPAM folders for downloading in TinfoDoc?

Q .: I use TinfoDoc with mailboxes configured on Gmail. Sometimes I don't receive any emails.

A .: If the mailboxes are configured on Gmail you must check the SPAM and keep them clean.

It is possible, in fact, that some emails end up casually in the SPAM. By removing them from the SPAM and making them available for downloading, they will then be displayed within TinfoDoc.
