Description

The Integrated Management System Health, Safety and Environment (HSE SGI) is the Tinfo solution to standardize and control all documentation relating to Health, Safety and Environment.

It realizes an integrated system for the document management and distribution. It handles both all the issue, review, document storage activities and the integrated acknowledgment distribution/ certification using the company email system.

The application allows you to manage the network, to download and print all the forms, graphs, tables, attachments to individual documents. Aggregating and downloading a subset of selected files using the capabilities of the PDF Portfolio.

All documents are searchable by multiple classifications or words contained within documents (search engine).

Document access is controlled and all the display and management activities can be traced for each document.

For the codified document there are the following metadata:

  • Units selected: it allows you to set the recipients of the distribution of the document.

All list type present, they show the configured values as vocabularies / categories.

 

Vocabularies / Categories configuration

The values in the list type of the entry forms or section filters, rather than those in the section dedicated to the selected units, they are configurable by creating special vocabularies and categories.

For each item category, you can set the properties of key / value to define:

  • icon
  • location
  • type: filter, index, section ...
  • the name you want to display

In the case of type = filter, in the description field you can set the filter specifications in JSON format.

 

Documents distribution

Documents distribution

The distribution list retrieves all the Codified Documents and Attachements to the documents with "New" or "Revised" status and it sends communication with the update notification, to all the people who are part of the unit assigned to the documents. It is possible to configure a default email text using the variables listed in the text editor; or customize to each sending.

The acknowledgment of the notified documents is certified by the user with access to the application.

All notifications are historicized and there is a search box to restore the history of previous sendings.

Configuration

  • Scope of data: Company level (data portlet are visible on all the communities of the company) or Community level (data portlet are only visible on the community in which you loaded the portlet);
  • Subject e-mail: Subject of the email;
  • Text e-mail: Body of the email;
