Article display problems on the "read" link

Q.: I created a newsletter directly retrieving an article from "Content Management" of my site. However, the "Read" link that is automatically generated does not work (it does not link to the right article, it is impossible to view the page, etc.)

A.: The read link is automatically generated by taking the text present in the "name" field of the article created by the "content management" module. This text is cleaned from spaces and capitalization and is transformed into a web link

example: Tinfo releases a new update of TinfoDoc (field name of the article) -> becomes http://www.tinfo.it/visualizza-newsletter/-/tview/article/10789/57708/tinfo-rilascia-un-nuovo-aggiornamento-di-tinfodoc

It is  important not to put in strange characters, parentheses, accents, commas etc in the name field... that is, characters that on the web cannot appear inside the URL of a site
