Modification permissions on various types of documents

Document editing permissions are automatically assigned based on the following scheme:

Incoming Documents: The persons and/or internal structures associated with the recipient's e-mail are automatically modified.

Example: a customer sends an email to the sales office commerciale@azienda.it  all the members of the sales office have permission to modify the received document

Outgoing Documents: The persons and/or internal structures associated with the sender's e-mail are automatically modified.

Example: we send an e-mail to a customer from the sales office commerciale@azienda.it all members of the sales office have permission to modify the document sent. Also the possible recipients A and / or internal CC inserted in an outgoing document will have the same permission, regardless of the fact that they have been entered as direct recipients or in copy knowledge.

Internal documents: Automatically the persons and/or internal structures associated with both the sender (who created the internal document) and the recipients (who receives it) have the permissions to modify.

Note: It is possible to quickly display the assigned permissions on each type of document by simply placing the mouse over the icon with the circled I (full icon = change permission, empty icon = viewing permission)

With TinfoDoc flow management control over "who-does-what" permissions is managed based on the type of document created.
