User Help Desk

  • First intervention in 8 hours. Validity from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, except non-working days and the month of August.
  • First and Second Level of Help Desk

Application Support:

  • Email Support
  • Library and application update with a  release every year (extended contract)
  • Check the log of the application form, Tinfo License (extended contract)
  • 2 incident, problem resolution via tele-support and first intervention in 8 hours (extended contract)
