How to insert internal recipients in outgoing emails
To assign an internal recipient in an outgoing e-mail, select the items in the To field and/or in the CC field:
- "User" if you want to connect an email from a single person inside your company eg firstname.lastname@example.org or
- "Organization" if you want to connect an internal office e-mail to your company example email@example.com
Note 1: The functionality must be enabled by an Admin by configuring the Documents Bulletin portlet
Note 2: For communications between people and/or offices within the company the CORRECT METHODOLOGY, however, always remains that of the use of the Internal Document.
