Template Management through Mail Templates

The widespread need in the company is to create repetitive documents, based on Templates, to be compiled quickly and without the use of Word, but working directly in e-mail with an embedding editor (very useful with Tablets!).

The Mail Template is a function of the TinfoDOC 6.2.5 that allows you to create documents by merging together a MODEL with some data taken from the compilation of the DOCUMENT form and taken from the TinfoDOC archive.

It is based on a collection of models created in text / html that can be easily created / modified by administrative users, who share them among all operators through a list that can be consulted directly from the Editor of the DOCUMENT IN OUTPUT or INTERNAL DOCUMENT or DOCUMENT IN ENTRY.

So all the operators in TinfoDOC, directly in the mail editor, use these predefined models, automate their compilation (Ex. Date and protocol number), customize them with the contingent content and create them for sending or sharing or storing in the MAIL format or in the format PDF.
