How to add a new registry from the document bulletin board

When an email arrives from an unknown sender, it will be indicated in red on the notice board, as in the following image:

To add a new registry simply click on the mail, the following screen will then open:

Inside which you can decide whether to perform a search to associate the mail to an existing registry, or create a new registry to which to associate the email, by clicking for example on "New Person", the following screen will open:

Enter the information and click on "Save", at the end of the save the pop-up will close automatically.
