Clarifications on the meaning of dates in Entry and Exit Documents

Outgoing document:

1 - The date in the right-hand column of the Documents Bulletin Board indicates the starting time of the Document composition. In practice it is the date of opening of the pop-up when clicking on Write -> Outgoing Document

On the current day the field shows the time, in the previous days shows day and month. It is possible to display day, month, year and time (hh: mm) by positioning the mouse over the date field.

2 - The creation date (open an outgoing document -> details -> information panel) indicates the date that is written in the database at the time of physical saving or sending of the document

3 - The shipping date that is displayed when a document is opened under the fields A and CC / CCN indicates the date of the actual sending (shipment). For each resending of the document TinfoDoc adds a line with the new shipping dates.

Incoming Document:

1 - The date in the right-hand column of the Documents Dashboard indicates the time of shipment of the Document by the Sender

2 - The creation date (open an incoming document -> details -> information panel) indicates the date that is written in the database at the time of the download of the email in its entirety by the TinfoDoc (therefore also considered the technical download times of any attachments present)

3 - The date that appears under the heading Received the: (open an incoming document -> details) indicates the date of receipt of the document by the mail server. This date is prior to the creation date (point 2) as the document is first received by the POI mail server and processed by TinfoDoc (text and any attachments)

Data_di_ricezione

TinfoDoc manages all incoming and outgoing document flows. Every action performed on the documents is traced and recorded in the system.
